The Ukrainian Sport and Culture Association ST Ukraina, based in Munich, fosters sport and Ukrainian culture. It brings together young people and adults from the diaspora and from Ukraine, offers meaningful leisure activities and supports integration into German and European society.
The Ukrainian Sport and Culture Association ST Ukraina (Sportove tovarystvo «Ukraina») is based in Munich (Bavaria) and is a member of the Association of Ukrainian Organisations in Germany.
The association is dedicated to fostering sport and Ukrainian culture. It promotes cooperation between Ukrainian young people and adults from the diaspora and from Ukraine and organises regular sports and cultural events for the Ukrainian community in Munich.
A central concern is meaningful leisure activity, as well as supporting members in integrating into the society of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, while preserving the Ukrainian language, culture and identity.
As part of Munich’s Ukrainian community, the association is embedded in the network of local Ukrainian organisations that have worked together since the Russian war of aggression in 2022 to help refugees and support Ukraine.
