German-Ukrainian Dialogue
German-Ukrainian Dialogue in Augsburg has fostered a sustainable and supportive dialogue between Germany and Ukraine since 2022. Its meeting centre offers education, advice and integration services for Ukrainian refugees.
German-Ukrainian Dialogue (Nimetsko-ukrainskyi Dialoh) was founded in 2022 in Augsburg and is a member of the Association of Ukrainian Organisations in Germany.
The association aims to deepen a sustainable, sincere and supportive dialogue between Germany and Ukraine and to promote cooperation on cultural, social, economic and societal levels.
Since July 2022 the association has run a meeting centre offering education, advice and integration programmes: language and creative courses, discussion, film and music evenings, psychological and educational support, as well as offerings such as a seniors’ club and painting classes. A special project is dedicated to the “Stories of Women in Flight”.
The association is aimed specifically at people connected to Ukraine — refugees, war victims and the persecuted — and supports families with advice, food and everyday assistance in integrating into Augsburg.
